Candidate Referrals & Qualifiers
# Referral reward to be paid out as one-time fee post completion of 200 approved hours by the candidate.
# Note, for contractual placements, the referral candidate must work at least 200 approved hours to quality for the referral bonus. For direct hire permanent placement, the referral candidate must complete 90 days’ work tenure at the client site.
# Candidates will be considered referrals only if they have not submitted in N2S healthcare Staffing Solutions applicant tracking system database in the last one year.
# To qualify, you must have a personal or business relationship with the referred job candidate.
# RN candidate referrals are Registered Nurse candidates working in any specialty/ dept, whom you know personally and whom you recommend for a Registered Nurse job opening.
# If your referral candidate is placed in a job by N2S Healthcare Staffing Solutions within the 6 months of your referral date, you will be awarded $750 for a Registered Nurse and $250 for all LPNs and Allied roles.
